A.Nos.5257 of 2019 in O.P.No.210 of 2011 R.SUBRAMANIAN.J., This application has been filed seeking to amend the names in O.P.No.210 of 2011, pursuant to the order of the Division bench of this court made in O.S.A.No.43 of 2018, dated 26.09.2018.

2. From paragraph 7 of the Judgement of the Division Bench, it is seen that the two respondents namely Mrs.S.Kalavathy, W/o.Late S.Sekar and Mr.S.Koushik Raja, S/o.Late S.Sekar were suo moto impleaded by the Division bench as respondents 4 and 5 in the original petition.

3. In view of the said order, this application is allowed, permitting the counsel for the applicants to carry out the amendment as detailed in the petition.
