ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Section 294(b), 324, 427 of IPC in Crime No.130 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. From the reading of the complaint it appears that this petitioner in order to threatened the defacto complainant from releasing a video cliping involving conversation between the wife of the accused in jail and jail superintendent has gone to the house of the defacto complainant snatch the cell phone and broken, so as to destroy the conversation of the said contention in the cell phone. He is also taking away her two wheeler, later returned. Owing to the complaint has been given over phone over to DGP. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the manner in which alleged occurrence has taken place, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
