Petition No.699 of 2019 in W.P.No. 16667 of 2013.

Prayer:- Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondents herein for their wilful disobedience and non-compliance of the order passed by this Hon'ble Court made in W.P.No.16667 of 2013, dated 25.06.2018.

ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents that the direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.16667 of 2013, dated 25.06.2018 has been complied with. However, it appears that the learned counsel for the petitioner is not satisfied about the exact amount being paid and there was some error in the

calculation.

2. Such dis-satisfaction in regard to the quantum of the amount paid by the respondent, cannot be gone into in this contempt petition. Therefore, recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, in case, the petitioner is still aggrieved by any shortcoming in the compliance, it is always open to him to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
