PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 1st respondent relating to G.O.Ms.No.766 Public (Special A) Department dated 29.06.2015 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to include the name of the petitioner in the panel of Deputy Secretaries (Non IAS) to Government for the year 2015-16 by refixing the seniority of the petitioner as on 13.05.1992, following roto / quota as provided under Rule 8 of Tamilnadu Secretariat service rule, above his immediate junior and grant all other benefits arising there from.
