Respondent PRAYER :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of mandamus directing the Respondent to forthwith sanction and disburse the remaining educational loan, namely hostel fees of Rs.74,000/- per year and undergoing B.E. (Mechanical Engineering) Course at Aruni Engineering College, Tiruvannamalai to the Petitioner as per the fees structures certificate dated 08.08.2014.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent / Bank. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as against the Educational Loan sought for by the petitioner, the respondent / Bank has granted only the tuition fees to the tune of Rs.80,000/- in respect of the 1st year and 2nd year respectively and has not granted the Hostel Fees of Rs.74000/- per year, though the petitioner has produced the Fee Structure Certificate dated 08.08.2014 to the respondent / Bank and hence, prays for appropriate orders.

In view of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to submit a representation in this regard to the respondent / Bank, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of such representation, the respondent / Bank is directed to consider the said representation within a period of three weeks thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
