Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the first respondent to produce the body of the petitioner's wife Saba @ Pechiyammal, daughter of Vanniyaraj, aged about 26 years, before this Court and set her at liberty. O R D E R

(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN, J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/husband of the detenue Saba @ Pechiyammal, aged about 26 years, to cause production of his wife before this Court.

2. There is no representation for the petitioner. The alleged detenue Saba @ Pechiyammal, is secured and produced before this Court. On enquiry, the detenue stated that she is willing to go along with her mother, who is also present before this Court. The mother of the alleged detenue is also willing to take her daughter without prejudice to the disposal of the pending criminal case. In view of the submission made by the alleged detenue, we permit her to go along with her mother. This Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
