These miscellaneous petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 1301 days in filing the petition to set aside abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant; to bring on record the legal heirs of the sole appellant viz., S.Paramayee in CMP.No.7573 of 2016.
2. The Second Appeal was earlier dismissed for non-prosecution. An application has been filed in CMP.No.7573 of 2016 to condone the delay in filing the restoration petition. Now, the petitioner in the said petition had died and therefore, it is necessary that these applications are allowed.
