CR.NO.112 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.4295 of 2021 dated 09.03.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.RAJAKUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioners and of M/S.KRITIKA KAMAL .P, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioners have filed this petition seeking to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4295 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 379 & 420 IPC, in Crime No.112 of 2021, while granting anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners ae complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
