ORDER

The learned counel for the petitioner reports that the Supreme Court had dismissed the suit in O.S.No.267 of 1996 on an appeal filed by the respondents. Therefore, nothing remains for adjudication.

2. He seeks for permission of this Court to withdraw the petition. Permission is granted. He also made an endorsement in the bundle to that effect.

3. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
