Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.S.INDIRA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.L.BASKARAN, Govt. Advocate (Crl.

Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to modify the condition that the petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only) to the credit of crime No.516 of 2021 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II. Alandur, imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4896 of 2022 dated 10.03.2022.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a senior citizen, aged person, half blind, health illness, A1 accused is the son of this petitioner. He further submitted that the petitioner is not able to mobilize the funds. Hence, the present modification petition has been filed.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, reason is justifiable, the condition already imposed by this Court is modified and the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Thousand only)) to the credit of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

crime No.516 of 2021 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II. Alandur, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is ordered. -sd/- 22/04/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.) High Court, Madras - 600 104.
