A.No.1675 of 2022 A.Nos.3190 and 3192 of 2021 in C.S.No.1117 of 1992 N.SESHASAYEE.J., Learned counsel for 22nd respondent / 25th defendant in A.No.1675 of 2022 makes a statement that his client in anxiety might have prevented the Commissioner from inspecting the property but that was a time when he was not a party to the proceedings and now that he has been arrayed as a party and he would cooperate fully with the Commissioner's visit. 2.The said statement of the learned counsel is hereby recorded and it is treated as an undertaking by the learned counsel on behalf of his client. 3.There is no order need to be passed in A.No.1675 of 2022 and it is closed accordingly.
