This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpat, Kancheepuram District to dispose of the case in C.C.No.101 of 2018 .

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the complaint filed in C.C.No.101 of 2018 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpat, Kancheepuram, for the offence under Sections 120 (b), 419, 423, 465, 468, 471, 420 of IPC, for creating false documents based on the Power of Attorney.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the Calendar Case of the year is 2018, this Court deems it fit to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpat, Kancheepuram, to complete the trial https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

proceedings in C.C.No.101 of 2018, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
