ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the third respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 07.10.2022, 07.12.2022 and 04.01.2023 seeking terminal benefits.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is a retired employee. Due to the pendency of the criminal case, terminal benefits were not given to the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner made representations on 07.10.2022, 07.12.2022 and 04.01.2023 to the respondents seeking terminal benefits. However, the petitioner's representation were not considered by the respondents till date. Hence, this writ petition. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is entitled to receive the amounts so collected from his salary during his service, which are credited to his General Provident Fund Account, Special Provident Fund Account and his Earned Leave and Leave Earned on private affairs, even if the enquiry is pending. Hence, he seeks to consider the representations of the petitioner.

Considering the limited relief as sought for in this writ petition, this Court is inclined to direct the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.01.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of.
