The limited prayer in this Writ Petition is for a Mandamus directing the respondent to consider and pass orders on the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 26.10.2018.

2. Mr.Praveen Purohit representing for Mr.Niranjan Rajagopalan, learned counsel has taken notice for the respondent. Learned counsel confirms that the appeal has been received on 23.02.2019 and bears SR. No.36541 of 2019. He suggests that a time frame be fixed for the disposal of the appeal.
