This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to dispense with the proceedings of the Commissioner, Udhagamandalam Municipality issued in U.A.C.No. 33/1994/S, dated 06.08.2009 the 2nd respondent herein once for all in the above C.R.P.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances and also considering the reasons stated by the Revision Petitioner seems to be justifiable one, this petition is allowed.
