ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 31.01.2020, passed by the third respondent, thereby directed the petitioner to vacate and handover the possession of Shop No.N-10-N134-308-22F, First Floor, Corporation Commercial Complex, situated at No.134, N.S.K.Road, Chennai - 600 024.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner was allotted with Shop No.22, Corporation Commercial Complex, situated at No.134, N.S.K.Road, Chennai - 600 024 by the proceedings dated 24.07.2013, on the file of the second respondent. While being so, the third respondent issued notice to the petitioner, thereby directed to stop the trade since the petitioner was running his trade without license. Therefore, the petitioner's premises was sealed on 03.02.2020.

4. A perusal of records revealed that the commercial complex is in

dilapidated condition. Therefore, the respondents intended to demolish the same. That apart, the petitioner was running his trade without license. Therefore, the petitioner was issued notice to vacate the shop and handover vacant possession of the said shop.

5. In view of the above, this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the order passed by the third respondent and the writ petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
