(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Seeking a direction to the respondents not to transfer the detenu Ragu, S/o Murugesan, aged about 38 years, Convict No.466, detained at Central Prison, Salem to any other prison, the present petition has been filed by the petitioner/wife of the detenu.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenu Ragu, S/o Murugesan has been released on 04.06.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.3022 of 2019 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Avinasi.
