The matter is listed today under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the appellant. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in paragraph 7 of the order, dated 29.07.2025 it has been wrongly typed as 'allowed' instead of 'dismissed'. Therefore, he prays for appropriate corrections. 3.In view of the said submission, paragraph No.7 of the order shall be read as follows:

"7. In the result, this Criminal Appeal stands dismissed."

4. In all other aspects, the order dated 29.07.2025 shall remain unaltered. 5.Registry is directed to carry out the aforesaid corrections and issue corrected copy to the respective parties.
