Today (15.04.2016) when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent produced a communication dated 17.03.2016 sent by the Tahsildar, which communicates that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ representation given by the petitioners has been disposed

of. But, however, it is seen that recommendation has been made to the District Collector to cancel both the legal heir certificates dated 27.09.1996 and 10.04.2014. 2.From the aforestated one, it is clear that the legal heir certificates issued in favour of V.T.Bhaskara Rao was cancelled. Therefore, it is for the petitioners to work out their remedy, if so desires as per law. Hence, the contempt petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected sub application is also closed.
