PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., directing the learned Special Court under TNPID Act, Chennai to accept the surrender of the petitioners in CC.No.2 of 2024 and to consider the recall petition filed by the petitioners on the same day to racall the NBW issued on 29.02.2024 by the Learned Special Court under TNPID Act, Chennai in CC.No.2 of 2024 against the petitioners / Accused A6, A7 and A10.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to recall the non bailable warrant issued by the learned Special Court under TNPID Act, Chennai in CC.No.2 of 2024.

2. The petitioner is arrayed as accused in CC.No.2 of 2024 on the file of Special Court under TNPID Act, Chennai, for the offences punishable under Section 406 and 420 of IPC.

3. The petitioners were absent during the trial in CC.No.2 of 2024 on the file of Special Court under TNPID Act, Chennai. Therefore non bailable warrant came to be issued on 29.02.2024.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners undertake that the petitioners shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

5. Considering the undertaking given by the petitioners, the petitioners are directed to appear before the learned Special Court under

3 Crl OP No.6470 of 2024 TNPID Act, Chennai, within a period of two weeks from today and file a petition to recall the NBW issued against him. The concerned Magistrate is directed to consider the same on merits and pass orders on the same day.
