ORDER

The petitioner/accused facing trial in STC.No.10 0f 2022 before the trial Court, filed a petition under Section 311 of Cr.P.C., in Crl.M.P.No.6673 of 2023 for recalling PW1/complainant for cross-examination and the same was dismissed on 26.05.2025, against which, the present petition has been filed.

2.It is seen that the impugned order has been passed during the month of May, 2025. It is almost 10 months, thereafter, the present petition has been filed. It is also to be seen that the petitioner was earlier given an opportunity to cross-examine the complainant/PW1 on more than one occasion in detail. The trial Court in the impugned order had recorded all these facts. 3.In view of the same, this Court does not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order.
