ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the 3rd respondent to grant house site patta to the piece of land comprised in Survey No.37 at New Street, Azhingivakkam Village, Red-hills, Ambattur Taluk, Thiruvallur District based on the petitioner's representation dated 15.02.2021.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has purchased a house site in Survey No.37 at Azhingivakkam Village, Redhills, Ambattur Taluk, Thiruvallur District, in the year 2008, and the above land is classified as house site, and till date, he is in possession and enjoyment of the property. house site patta, he has sent a representation to the respondents on 15.02.2021, but, so far his representation was not considered and no order has been passed on it. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought in the Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.02.2021 and to pass suitable orders on merits in accordance with law after giving opportunity to the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
