2. Captioned CMP is with a 'Condonation of Delay' [COD] prayer. The reason given for delay is Corona virus pandemic and consequent lock down i.e., Covid-19 situation. This is articulated in paragraph 4 of the affidavit filed in support of captioned CMP.

3. This Court, having heard learned counsel for petitioners, having perused the supporting affidavit and having been convinced that the COD prayer requires to be acceded to, orders that captioned CMP is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
