Writ Petitions, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for records of the third respondent to quash the impugned order, dated 16.11.2017, in PAN : AAACE 1687N and consequently, the impugned notices dated 30.03.2017, 31.03.2017, respectively in PAN AAACE 1687N/2010-11, 2011-12, 2012-13, 2013-14, issued in terms of Section 148 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 on the assumption of jurisdiction under section 147 of the said Income Tax Act for framing re-assessment in relation to the Assessment Years 2010-11, 2011-12, 2012-13, 2013-14,and further, in directing the third respondent to drop the proceedings initiated

O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these Writ Petitions, as the assessment orders have been passed, pursuant to the reopening proceedings. He has also made an endorsement to the said effect in W.P.No.32508 of 2017.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, permission is granted. Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
