C.R.P. (PD) NO.1298 of 2016 C.R.P. (PD) No.1298 of 2016 V.BHARATHIDASAN.J., This court, by order dated 05.12.2018 disposed of the above said revision petition with a direction to the court below to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.78 of 2010 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2. At the request of the learned III Addl. District Judge, Salem, by way of letter dated 22.10.2019, seeking extension of time to dispose of the suit, this revision petition is listed again before this court for appropriate orders.

3. I have gone through the said letter and also heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. This court is satisfied with the reasons assigned for extension of time. Accordingly, further three months time is granted to dispose of the suit.
