ORDER

The petitioner is a present owner of the property having electricity supply in A/c.No.147-031/85/111B. After purchasing the property, the petitioner came to know that there is a liability of Rs.2,87,962/- to be paid by the earlier owner and therefore, the electricity supply was not given to the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court.

2.Heard Mr.V.Raghavachari, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.R.Dhilipkumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. Mr.P.R.Dhilipkumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has given a letter dated 13.05.2015, stating that the petitioner agreed to pay the total amount payable as arrears by the earlier owner of the property. Further, the petitioner has also paid the amount and the electricity connection was also restored.

4. Recording the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No cost.
