Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pass orders on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 27.02.2021 for posting as Senior Resident in Cardiology Department in the existing vacancy in Coimbatore Medical College, with all consequently and other attendant benefits, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

Petition is filed seeking a direction to the the respondents to pass orders on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 27.02.2021 for posting as Senior Resident in Cardiology Department in the existing vacancy in Coimbatore Medical College.
