2. Heard Mr.K. Ramanraj, learned counsel appearing for the Contempt Petitioner and Mr.I. Arokiadoss, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. 3.Learned Government Advocate submitted that as against the order passed in W.P.No.33498 of 2013, dated 4.7.2014, a Writ appeal has been filed and that in pursuance of the direction of the order passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined duty and retired and there is no necessity for adjudicating this Contempt Petition.
