This petition became necessitated because the appellant Company's name has been changed from M/s.Royal Sundaram Alliance Insurance Co. Ltd. to M/s.Royal Sundaram General Insurance Co. Ltd.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the petition to accept the cause-title is ordered.
