The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the 2nd respondent to file a final report in Crime No.148 of 2015 dated 25.04.2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.148 of 2015 and the enquiry is pending. 4.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the 2nd respondent police is directed to file the final report as expeditiously as possible.
