ORDER

This Court, by an order dated 23.1.2014, in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ W.P.No.1619 of 2014, directed the respondents herein to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated

16.12.2013, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Since the said representation was not considered within the specified time, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned counsel appearing for the third respondent submitted that as per the direction of this Court, the representation of the petitioner was considered and rejected by order dated 28.3.2015. Thus, the order of this Court has been complied with.

3. Since the order of this Court has been complied with, I am of the opinion, nothing survives in this contempt petition and hence, the contempt petition is closed.
