C.M.P.No.8991 of 2022 has been filed by the petitioner to grant an extension of time for a further period of four weeks to comply with the judgment dated 04.02.2022 passed in C.M.A.No.701 of 2015. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to non-availability of funds, the petitioner could not comply with the judgment of this Court dated 04.02.2022 in time and seeks extension of time to comply with the said order. The learned counsel further submitted that the amount is ready with the petitioner and he will take Demand Draft for a sum of Rs.60,00,000/- (Rupees Sixty Lakhs Only) and deposit the same before the I Additional Family Court, Chennai within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, two weeks time is granted to comply with the judgment of this Court dated 04.02.2022 passed in C.M.A.No.701 of 2015. (V.M.V., J) (S.M., J) 26.09.2022 krk NOTE : Issue order copy on 27.09.2022.
