Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner is that petitioner shall report before the respondent police station at 10.30 am daily until further order in Crl.O.P.No.3129 of 2021 dated 18.02.2021 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. DEEPAN UDAY, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.KRITIKA KAMAL.P, on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3129 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Section 328 r/w 284 IPC 22(1) of Cigarette and other tobacco products Act, in Crime No.1611 of 2020, while granting bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
