The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 1/3

10.02.2016 passed in I.A.No.4077 of 2015 in G.O.P.No.21 of 2014, granting mutual rights to the respondent. Pending Civil Revision Petition, the main G.O.P.No.21 of 2014 was allowed by an order dated 09.08.2017 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Cuddalore and hence, nothing survives in this petition.

2.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
