This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register FIR, investigate and file the final report on the basis of the compliant dated 27.6.2015 according to law. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint dated 27.6.2015 petition enquiry is pending before the respondent police in CSR No.522 of 2015.

In view of the said submission, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 27.6.2015, and during the course of the enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The Criminal Original Petition is closed with the above directions.
