JUDGMENT
In the above matter, a Joint Memorandum of Compromise dated 30.01.2023 has been filed into the Court, today. The parties to the compromise, namely, Mr.Lakshminathan, Rajaram, Kalaivani and Jegajothi who are the children of Chennakesavan were present in person before the Court. The Joint Memorandum of Compromise is taken on file and the Second Appeal is disposed of in terms of the Compromise. The terms of the Joint Memorandum of Compromise shall form part of the decree. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
