This application has been filed to appoint an Advocate Commissioner to inspect the suit schedule properties mentioned in the schedule hereunder and file a report suggesting mode of division in terms of the preliminary decree passed by this Court on 15.12.2023.

2. Considering the fact that there is no objection on the other side, and that preliminary decree was already granted by this Court on 15.12.2023, Mr.K.Sakthivelu, Advocate, having office at No.397, New Additional Law Chambers, High Court Buildings, Chennai - 600 104, Mobile No.93442 31497 is hereby appointed as Advocate Commissioner and he shall visit the suit property and file a report suggesting the mode of division. The Advocate Commissioner is also at liberty to engage civil engineer in this regard for suggesting proper division.
