ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This is an anticipatory bail application. Petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police have moved this petition. According to the prosecution, the petitioners have threatened and assaulted the defacto complainant. Therefore, the complaint was given to take action against the petitioners for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of IPC. Petitioners are father-in-law and brother-in-law of the defacto complainant.

2. On instructions, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that there is petition enquiry pending in C.S.R.No.9 of 2018.

3. Since it is a family dispute and at any rate a complaint had been given which is being enquired by the respondent police, this court is inclined to pass the following orders: (i) That the petitioners are directed to co-operate with the respondent police for completion of the enquiry in petition in C.S.R.No.9 of 2018. However, the petitioners shall not be arrested during enquiry.

(ii) On enquiry, if the petitioners are arrested in the event of their arrest, they shall be released on bail on condition that each one of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees twenty five thousand only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur and (ii) The petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
