[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to call for the records relating to the detention order passed in D.O.No.08/2017-C2 dated 26.02.2017 by the Detaining Authority against the detenue by name, Jansi, aged 44 years, W/o.Mani @ Manivannan and quash the same.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has represented that the Detention Order in question has already been revoked by way of passing G.O.Rt.No.1775 dated 17.04.2017 and a copy of the same is submitted, wherein, it is clearly stated that the Detention Order in question has been already revoked.

3. Considering the above said factual circumstances, the relief sought in the petition has become infructuous.
