By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking writ of mandamus to direct the first respondent to dispose of his representation dated 06.05.2015 within stipulated time. 3.The petitioner is a law graduate and he joined the 3rd respondent Corporation as Assistant Law Officer in the year 1999 in the legal department and was promoted as Additional Law Officer under Class 1B service with the scale of pay of Rs.15,600-39100 and Grade Pay of Rs.5,400/- and was subsequently transferred as Council Secretary vide G.O. Ms. 273, dated 31.10.2012 and was regularized from 03.01.2013. It is his grievance that the duties and responsibilities are no way less than the Class 1B officers, who are paid a pay scale of Rs.15,600-39100 with G.P. Rs.6,600/-.
Hence, he made a detailed representation to the respondents on 31.05.2011, 08.05.2012 and 05.02.2015, but none of them has been considered so far. He also made a further representation on 06.05.2015, which is also pending. Hence, he approached this Court seeking direction to the first respondent to consider his representation dated 06.05.2015.
4.Considering the limited relief sought for, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.05.2015 related to pay anomaly and dispose of the same within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2015 is Closed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(ADM II)/ Vacation Officer //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar sra
