3. Learned standing counsel for the respondents has no objection for the order dated 02.08.2022 being set aside and the writ petition being restored to file.

4. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and W.P.No.18008 of 2020 is restored to file.

5. Registry is directed to list the W.P.No.18008 of 2020 for final hearing next week.
