2. The petitioner claims to be the President of the Temple Festival Committee of Sri Mariamman Temple. He submitted an application dated 1.6.2015 to the second respondent, seeking permission to conduct cultural programme, which includes dance and song programme, scheduled to be held on 10.6.2015. 3. Heard the submission of Mr.N.Ponraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Subbiah, Spl.G.P., who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. Considering the limited prayer sought for, without going into the merits of the issue, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 1.6.2015 in accordance with law, on or before 8.6.2015 and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
