Respondents PRAYER : Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act to summon the respondent to show cause why the respondent should not be punished for having committed willful and deliberate disobedience of the common order dated 26.04.2018 made in A.Nos.3388, 3389, 3390 and 1580 of 2018 in C.S.No.21 of 2018 and the Sale Certificate dated 28.04.2018 issued by this Court.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed alleging that the common order of this Court dated 26.04.2018 made in A.Nos.3388, 3389, 3390 and 1580 of 2018 in C.S.No.21 of 2018 has not been complied with.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner himself admitted that the respondent has now complied with the order passed by this Court.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has filed compliance affidavit on behalf of the respondent dated 24.08.2018 indicating that the order 26.04.2018, passed by this Court in A.Nos.3388, 3389, 3390 and 1580 of 2018 in C.S.No.21 of 2018 has been complied with.

4. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this Petition. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.
