(The case has been heard through video conference) According to the petitioner, the property in Survey No.91/2A1 in Joint Patta No.850, measuring an extent of 1.16.00 acres, situated at A.Reddihalli Village, Dharmapuri District was executed in favour of the petitioner by an order passed by this Court in O.P.No.22 of 2014. Thereafter, the petitioner sent a representation dated 06.03.2020, to the second respondent Tahsildar for issuance of patta, but so far no orders have been passed, hence he filed the present writ petition.

2. Mr.K.M.D.Muhilan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the second respondent will consider the said representation of the petitioner and will pass suitable orders on merit.

Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the second respondent Tahsildar to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.03.2020 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
