ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to defreeze the Bank Accounts of the Petitioner Viz., (i) Account No.365305500064 standing in the name of the Petitioner with M/s.ICICI Bank, Sankarapuram Branch, (ii) Account No.6451101000392 standing in the name of the Petitioner with M/s. Canara Bank, Sankarapuram Branch, (iii) Account No.64512010000015 standing in the name of the proprietary concern M/s. Om Ganapathi Traders represented by the Petitioner as its Proprietor, in alleged connected with Crime No.135/2023, on the file of the Respondent Police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the first respondent submitted that the FIR in Crime No.135 of 2023 has already been quashed and directed to defreeze the petitioner's bank accounts. 2/4

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
