ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to correct the revenue records pertaining to the property more fully described in the prayer to this writ petition by restoring the petitioner's name as pattadar as per the Allotment No.215 dated 16.02.1963. 2.

The petitioner claims that she is the owner of the property more fully described in the prayer to the writ petition. However, according to the petitioner, her name has been erroneously omitted from the revenue records relating to the subject property. The petitioner further claims that she is in possession and enjoyment of the said property even as on date. In this regard, the petitioner had given representations to the respondents seeking inclusion of her name as Pattadar in respect of the said property. The last such representation was given by the petitioner on 19.01.2026. Since the

representation of the petitioner has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.

This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation dated 19.01.2026. 6.

For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 4th respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 19.01.2026, seeking restoration of her name as pattadar as per allotment No.215 dated 26.02.1963, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after affording an opportunity of hearing to the necessary parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
