Seeking leave to sue the respondent, the applicant/plaintiff has come up with this application.

2.Applicant is the plaintiff in the suit filed for recovery of money. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the entire transaction has taken place within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court, so is the case of the agreement duly executed between the parties. Leave is sought for only on the ground that the respondent is residing outside the territorial jurisdiction of this Court.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and also considering the averments made in the plaint, leave is granted.
