By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 13.04.2015. 3.It is the case of the petitioner that he joined in the Revenue Department as Village Administrative Officer and when he was working as Village Administrative Officer in Thuppukannapalli, Hosur Taluk, a trap was laid on 22.01.2015 by the Vigilance and Anti Corruption Department, based on the complaint given by one Anandhaachari and the petitioner was suspended from service vide order dated 22.01.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The grievance of the petitioner is that though investigation is completed, till date, no final report has been filed and therefore, he submitted a representation dated 13.04.2015 to the first respondent. Since no orders have been passed on the said representation, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition. 4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 5.In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.04.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner.
