PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the docket order dated 21.02.2022 passed in I.A.No.861 of 2018 in O.S.No. 176 of 2016 on the file of District Munsif of Attur and allow the revision with costs throughout.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. The learned counsel for the Page No.1 of 3

respondents represented that already cost was deposited before the Trial Court. Thereafter, consequent to the order of the I.A.No. 861 of 2018, for restoration of the suit also numbered and the same was not challenged and now the said suit is pending for Trial. Hence the petition has now become infructuous.
