ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 30.07.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.20976 of 2024, thereby directed the respondent to disburse the

remaining sum of Rs.5,00,000/- to the petitioner as per the medi-claim made by the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks. 2.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent disbursed the amount to the petitioner on 05.08.2025. He also produced a copy of the credit details dated 05.08.2025, before this Court. 3.

Recording the above submissions, this Contempt Petition is closed.
